NIR II fluorescence imaging with C -RED 2

SWIR imaging can be used in pre-clinical context for NIR-II fluorescence imaging in vivo.

Use the slider to move across the image, and make the invisible visible with C-RED 2!

Images in the visible (B&W) and NIR-II (emission filter: high pass 1300 nm) range of a mouse after IndoCyanine Green (ICG) intraveneous injection. The vasculature can be studied with high resolution and signal-to-background ratio.

SWIR image contrast is inverted;
