EOS and ANU shared an incredible news on April 8, 2021: Mount Stromlo Observatory is now equipped with the World-first laser guide star Adaptive Optics able to de-orbit space debris, in order to prevent collisions with satellites for example.
The laser guide star WFS (wavefront sensing) uses our OCAM² camera for adaptive optics.

All our team is really happy for this amazing achievement and sends warm congrats to EOS, the Australian National University, Lockheed Martin and the Japanese Institute of Communications and Technology.
